Ritchey is a leading independent British manufacturer and supplier, dedicated to providing our customers with a wide range of quality products and services
 
As we value our relationship with all of our customers, distributors and users alike, we are committed to a continuous improvement culture throughout the organisation based on stated company objectives and the ISO 9001:2000 standard
 
Ritchey fully supports the development of all its employees and shall seek to identify and deliver the training required to enable employees to perform their duties effectively, efficiently and competently
 
In order to continually improve the performance of the company, specific improvement objectives will be set annually. The framework for these objectives will be drawn from the Company’s plan and from management review meetings
 
This policy will be communicated to all members of staff to ensure its content is understood and it will be reviewed at least annually
 
 

 
 
Ritchey has won awards at many of the main agricultural shows in the United Kingdom and, more recently, at the main equine trade event.

Ritchey also exhibits at around 34 shows in the UK and Ireland every year and has won several 'best stand' awards.

Our show presence gives farmers and distributors the opportunity to see more of the product range in a more relaxed, familiar show setting.
